Through secure online services
If you have access to online services, you can make changes to your contributions or pay into your plan under the 'make changes' tab by selecting the appropriate option from the drop down menu:
- 'I'd like to pay a single premium';
- 'I'd like to increase what I pay';
- 'I want to reduce what I pay'; or
- 'I want to stop paying contributions'.
If you don't currently have access to online services, you can register here.

Alternatively you can complete a Plan alteration form and post it back to us.
For workplace pensions
If you have your pension through your employer, you’ll need to contact them to change the contributions you’re making.
Your employer can make the necessary adjustments to payroll and submit the revised contributions in your regular payroll cycle.
